Gentrification in Harlem
How do you feel about the gentrification/changes occurring in Harlem?
"It is good in some ways but very bad in other ways. The upper middle class and rich are displacing the poor people in Harlem. The poor people who endure all the bad time will not obtain any of the benefits of the gentrification."

"I have gained from the gentrification of Harlem. I purchased a co-op for $170,000 and the co-op now has a market value of $440,000."
