Gentrification in Harlem
How do you feel about the gentrification/changes occurring in Harlem?
"The gentrification of Harlem is both good and bad. The good thing about it is that it does give some of the community the opportunity to buy and become home owners. However, the not so good part is that they don't make it affordable for the lower income folks of the community to buy."

"I am a present home owner and I'm looking to move and cannot because everything is over priced."
