Gentrification in Harlem
How do you feel about the gentrification/changes occurring in Harlem?
"Great for economic growth of the neighborhood. Harlem historically was not a black neighborhood (initially) but the change of faces has definitely changed the "feel" of the neighborhoods."
Has any of the gentrification occurring in Harlem affected you directly or indirectly, and ifso, is it negative or positive?
"...Make it harder for me to buy property in Harlem which is something I've always wanted to do."
