Gentrification in Harlem
How do you feel about the gentrification/changes occurring in Harlem?
"I think it is deplorable what's happening as a race especially considering our history and as a people. One would think after 400 years black people are still enslaved. And now blacks are about to be exiled out of our community."
Has any of the gentrification occurring in Harlem affected you directly or indirectly, and ifso, is it negative or positive?
"It has affected me emotionally to witness the changes. I fear the future of not just my children but all children in Harlem."
