How do you feel about the gentrification/changes in Harlem?

"I feel good because we will now start to get services, better police presence...instead of having to go downtown.  I do not think that Black people will be priced out.  There will be places where Blacks will always be...places will be maintained for Blacks to live in Harlem.

Has any of the gentrification occuring in Harlem affected you directly or indirectly and if so, is it negative of positive.
