How do you feel about the gentrification/changes occurring in Harlem?

"I have mixed feelings: one, 'it' brings jobs into Harlem and beautifying the community. Two, 'it' brings money into the community.  However, when it comes to affordable housing, it appears that it is being neglected."

Has any of the gentrification occurring in Harlem affected you directly or indirectly, and if so, is it negative or positive?

"So far I don't see where gentrification has affected me positively or negatively.  Well, maybe on a negative perspective in that I will need a building with an elevator since I am getting older.  Currently I'm in an affordable housing complex and I'm seeking another ont but everything is too expensive for my budget."
